Small works in progress

I've started new series of small etchings. I've done my first line drawings and tones etched.
I think I'll add more tones or colour.

I love etching a copperplate in a process room, it always feels kind of like an alchemy.

I just want to keep drawing on copperplate all day long!

I'm glad I can do etching as our print workshop is re-opened.
This press above is a beautiful addition to the workshop. I use it for woodblock, not for etchings but beautiful to look at in the studio.

The etchings are so lovely and the press is just a work of art onto itself.
