I've been wanting to try ceramic for a while and last Friday I did!
I've started making ceramic animal figurines as well as functional one with animals.

This is my very first trial in my life so it's quite fiddly but I am having such an amazing time!

I'm figuring out what types of clay would work best for me.
As my first trial, I chose Buff Raku - it's soft and easy to form but it's quite gritty which is quite nice too.
This is still a hand-forming time - I'll get more challenges when it comes to firing and glazing.

I'm loving every second of working with clay at the moment.
I am still making 2D print images - I'll get to it tomorrow. Still having too much fun today!
